Governing Board

Ms. Jayashri has completed her schooling in Ujani village of Latur district. She has been associated with various social groups actively engaged in addressing issues of livelihood, water and education. 

Ms. Jayashri is appointed on block level committee to advocate for women's rights.

Ms. Kalpana Kaderkar is born and brought up in Omerga. Her experience in working with women made her represent issues of women of villages at block level. 

She has facilitated to avail government welfare measure for women. 

Ms. Kaderkar is being appointed in Social Harmony Committee constituted by District Collector to promote harmony in villages.

Ms Ranjita is born and brought up in Sardarnagar Tanda, Omerga. She has herself experienced adverse conditions influenced by patriarchy and bias, and wanted to see the change. She has completed Diploma in Education to find answers to numerous issues of children of Laman face at primary stage. She along with likeminded youth founded Samarthya to intervene in the area of education. The impact made her continue work.

She has been recipient of various Fellowships such as Changeloom, New Delhi, Commutiny, New Delhi, CORO,Mumbai TDSS Pune and Dalit Foundation, New Delhi to work on primary education. She focuses on quality education, dialects and language in primary education, women empowerment, human rights and youth development.

Ms. Shyamal Shinde has completed HSC. She has been active in the movement of women empowerment. Women empowerment, livelihood, gender and domestic violence are her key areas of interest. She has been associated for more than 14 years in the development sector.

Ms. Vandana Patil has been active in building women’s movement in Omerga tehsil. She has been advocating issues of single women.

She has been a member of Conflict Resolution Committee for last 4 years and president of CMRC.  

Ms. Teresa has Diploma in Education. She has  worked for 10 years in private schools in Bhopal. She has indepth understanding on the pedagogy and able to train new comers.

Ms. Raeesa is entrepreneur and been able to promote livelihoods for women of minorities.

Ms. Raeesa has been very active in supporting single women so that they become self-reliant.
